To meet the requirement for ever-increasing performance demands, electrified systems are increasingly aiming for voltages of up to 900 volts. The numerous benefits of the voltage increase are driving technical development not only in automotive electrification, but also the entire transportation industry. At the same time, the high efficiency of electrical systems in transportation and special-purpose vehicles inevitably leads to the need for electrical heating systems.

Insulated High-Voltage PTC Air Heaters of the HRP HV series are powerful heaters for homogeneous heating of air flow based on PTC Heating Technology. They are used as cabin heaters or interior heaters in electric vehicles. Their insulation and robust construction enable easy handling and a correspondingly space-saving installation directly in the high-voltage system.

The High Voltage Water Heater is an interior heater for heating water circuits in special-purpose vehicles (industrial use only). It consists of several tubular heating elements and has been validated according to automotive standards to meet highest safety requirements. Its integrated power electronics allows for individual control via LIN bus.
